When people are washing hands in public toilet , even if not equipped with sensor faucet, will still unconsciously, while getting sanitizer,make tap running. Even with sensor faucets, sensor still need the reaction time when hands left.The water is to be wasted. Therefore, the designer combines hand-washing liquid container and the faucet together. When you obtain drops of washing liquid with the container seemed like a seesaw and turn off tap at this same time to avoid wasting valuable water.
